Our client is looking for a Senior Recruiter. This position emphasizes close collaborations with stakeholders, ensuring optimal client relationships through mastery in recruitment processes. You will also serve as a market expert, steering clients adeptly throughout their recruitment journey.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from the initial briefing of roles to the offer stage.
- Establish and nurture relationships with the business sectors you support and prospective candidates, aiming for maximum satisfaction for both clients and candidates.
- Collaborate with the sourcing team to develop robust recruitment strategies, ensuring a pool of high-quality candidates, with a particular emphasis on diversity.
- Leverage direct sourcing tools and technologies to curate a high-quality candidate list.
- Engage proactively with clients to understand their needs and explore alternate recruitment solutions.
- Consistently strive to enhance client satisfaction through continuous improvement measures.
- Inform Hiring Managers about market trends, candidate availability, and salary benchmarks.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, covering direct sourcing, screening, assessing/interviewing, and offering roles, gained in in-house, agency, or RPO settings.
- Exceptional skills in stakeholder management and the ability to forge strong connections at various organizational levels.
- Demonstrated organizational capabilities, including the capacity to delegate specific recruitment tasks, such as interview scheduling and sourcing.
- An evident passion and competency for working in a dynamic service environment.
- Mastery in sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
- Proficient communication skills, both in terms of articulation and active listening.
- Proven ability to navigate through uncertain situations and prioritize various needs, catering to a wide spectrum of stakeholders and tasks.
- Strong written and verbal proficiency in English.
