About the Role:
Exciting news! With CloudTalk's successful completion of a 28m Series B investment round, our Finance team is expanding and looking for a Financial Controller!
As a Financial Controller at CloudTalk, you'll play a pivotal role in driving key projects and scaling our finance processes. Here's what's in it for you:
- Work on Global-scale Projects: Devote 50% of your time to day-to-day tasks and 50% to global-scale projects, contributing significantly to our journey towards 100m ARR.
- Collaborate with C-level and Senior Leaders: Engage in cross-departmental collaboration with C-level executives and senior leaders, shaping the future of our finance organization.
What you will work on:
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements across multiple countries, guaranteeing precision and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Lead monthly reporting activities, including responsibility over cash-flow reporting.
- Drive financial planning and analyses to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with department heads on budget creation and quarterly forecasting.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiency improvements.
- Prepare for external audits and liaise with stakeholders, including advisors and investors.
What we are looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven track record of leading projects independently from end-to-end.
- Results-driven mindset with a strong ability to leverage data for driving change.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Native or fluent Slovak or Czech, along with fluent English proficiency.
