International tech start-up environment
Unlimited Paid Time Off
Work 100% remotely or from our offices (Bratislava, Prague)
1-1 Coaching sessions with our resident communications advisor
1300-1400EUR gross + up to 400EUR gross bonus.

Work Pattern:

Working time is divided unequally into short and long weeks as follows:

  • Long weeks: Mon, Tu, Fri, Sat, Sun, working time 9:00am-9.00pm CET
  • Short weeks: Wed amp; Thu, working time 9:00am-9.00pm CET


In a month, you will have 2 long and 2 short weeks.

About the role

Welcome to the frontline of customer care excellence! As a vital member of our Customer Support L1 team, you'll be the hero our clients turn to for answers about our cutting-edge CloudTalk app.

What you will do:

  • Provide technical support through chat and email to existing and new clients
  • Build and maintain a great relationship with customers
  • Communicate with clients from various backgrounds, nationalities, and cultures
  • Contribute to improving our technical documentation and knowledge base, troubleshooting the documentation for both internal purposes and clients
  • Represent CloudTalk proudly and professionally
