Job Description
Sonalake - (https://sonalake.com/) - we are an Irish software partnering company with 130+ engineers spread across our three offices in Dublin, Poznan and Bratislava.
We are a team of Tech Enthusiasts passionate about software and we’re looking for developers who want to join our team. This is a fully remote role, but we would appreciate if you would like to come over from time to time to our office in Bratislava.
This is what your day look like. You:
- Ultimately lead our new frontend team in Bratislava
- Lead the development of new features with the use of modern Javascript frameworks and libraries like React;
- Write clean, well-commented, and maintainable code in an agile environment
- Work closely with both Designers and Developers to build responsive web applications in an agile environment.
- Contribute towards design improvements and User Experience
- Discuss technical solutions with clients and provide innovative new ideas and solutions.
Requirements
We are looking for an experienced SeniorFrontend Developer (w/react.js) to join our team who either already has 'team lead' experience or would be able to grow into that role in the future. In this role you will collaborate with development teams, act as a technology consultant and guide our clients through the most complex challenges of software development. You will also have a chance to contribute to the open source community by working on challenging projects, speaking at conferences and sharing your knowledge with the world.
This is you:
- you’ve developed software for at least 5 years;
- you’ve proven skills in TypeScript, but JavaScript counts too;)
- you’ve worked with React;
- you’re not afraid of challenges;
- your written and spoken English communication skills are good.
