This will be a key role within the Resonate reporting team supporting all areas of the business, client-facing and internal, and will require the candidate to be proactive in determining opportunities to automate and data mining. There will also be a requirement to help develop systems and tools that Resonate will take to markets such as automation of the process, analytics tools, commercial models, and others. Typically, for Resonate projects, the role will set up key reporting and automation, then
hand over to operational teams. Data Analysts will also help set up systems to receive data flows and export data flows such as knowledge management systems, CRM, ticketing systems, monitoring systems, and other items.
Responsibilities
• Set up and Develop Reports Setting up reporting systems and data management for key
clients and internal teams
• Handover reports and automation to operations Once reports are set up, ensure they have an
owner or are automated and operationalized
• Run reports regularly on agreed reporting cycles - Interpret data and analyze results
using statistical techniques
• Systems development develop in house systems/tools which Resonate will take to
market or use for internal purposes.
• Support the management team this would be for ad-hoc reports and set up of
management data / reports
• Automation a key requirement will be to find opportunities to automate and implement
these automation efforts are based on business case viability
• Tools management and integration manage certain tools and systems pertaining to data
management and ensure we have the correct tool set to facilitate optimal performance
• Internal and external assignments there will equally be a requirement to deliver internally
and external deliverables often matrix reporting to a Resonate or Customer PM
• Manage data standards and ensure compliance
• Support Resonate Technical Teams with data reports and automation

• 5 years’ experience as a data analyst or business data analyst
• Strong knowledge of MS Power BI - DA-100/PL-300 Certification is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Advanced)
Pivot tables and pivot charts (implicitly knowledge of Table objects and normal Charts)
External data connections
Understanding principles of data modeling, data mining, and segmentation techniques
• Good knowledge of reporting, reporting systems, and automation
• Good knowledge of SQL, Databases, and other reporting and data aspects
Advantage is practical knowledge of programming language (knowing basic principles of programming)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate
