All our engineering teams contribute towards one product. Within an engineering team you will find 10-15 colleagues. Each team consists of Backend and Frontend developers, QA engineers, Product manager, Tech lead, and Engineering manager (Spotify model). Our teams focus on various projects in different areas. Not only will you do maintenance or upgrading of our core functionalities (newer technologies, versions, compatibility issues, architectural changes), but also you will be creating new features. We operate in SCRUM and we have two-week sprints with code reviews before pull requests.

Are you someone who loves putting together solutions for toughest business questions and not afraid to put your head into data from various sources and create measurable data informed decisions?
What you'll work on:
- Lead and manage a team of data analysts, mentor them and guide to create meaningful and reasonable data informed decisions to business stakeholders
- Create, discuss, mentor, communicate data products with other internal stakeholders
- Champion a culture of data-informed decision making within the product organization and educate the rest of the organization
- Work closely with different teams - Sales, Marketing, Finance etc. to better understand their metrics
- Lead the team data strategy, be responsible for planning, prioritizing and executing initiatives to improve data analytics processes
- Define standards and frameworks for data analysis
- Support team members with their career development
- Make sure that reports find work interesting and are looking forward to the next assignment
- Be part of recruitment process for new data analysts
- Do a hands-on work, as the need arises
What we are looking for:
- 2+ years experience as Data Analyst in SaaS industry
- 2+ years of experience with leading a data analytics team
- You have experience with designing data systems
- You have a profound history in mathematics and statistics
- You have knowledge of key performance metrics in SaaS
- You have knowledge and experience with dbt, Tableau and SQL
- You are comfortable with face-paced, always evolving environment
- You are an enthusiastic person who has a growth mindset and is able to adapt and resolve complex situations
