Job Description
On this role you will be concentrating primarily in talent acquisition and partnerships while also supporting the team across all of the different HR areas. Fantastic role for a high performing individual who already has some experience in related area with an open mind who is eager to learn quickly and grow into a well versed HR professional across the field.
This job is a substitute for the maternity leave (contract for 1 year with high possibility of becoming an indefinite term contract)
Your Responsibilities
- Talent acquisition - you will be supporting recruitment activities with the aim to one day be personally responsible for hiring of specified roles
- Talent sourcing and direct search - identifying qualified candidates on the market, creating strategies relating relating to candidate outreach
- Daily communication with local and international candidates
- Responsibility for partnerships, job fairs and relating tasks impacting employer branding
- Administration of Careers Web - ensuring everything works well, implementing new features with the help of an external agency
- Support and promote other HR related activities from onboarding, internal events, benefits, trainings, referrals, surveys to payroll-related agenda
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies and guidelines, ensuring internal wiki is updated
- Ensuring the correctness of data
- Data gathering and analysis, reporting
- Support employees in various HR-related topics
Requirements
- University degree in management, psychology, finance or relating fields
- At least 1 year of experience in HR, ideally some experience with recruitment/talent sourcing
- Understanding of general human resources procedures
- Knowledge of employment/labor laws is a plus
- Good relationship with technologies
- Very good knowledge of MS Office; prior experience with LinkedIn Recruiter/HIRS/ATS is a huge advantage
- Great people skills
- Orientation on detail, analytical mind
- Aptitude in problem-solving
- Self driven, quick learner
- Active, professional level of both Slovak and English language
Compensation: from 1600 EUR
The final amount will strongly depend on your seniority, experience and skills.
