This is a well balanced role with a wide impact on our young and growing corporate culture. You will report to and very closely cooperate with People Ops Director.
As HR Leader you will oversee all aspects of human resources and processes across the company while also being super hands-on in everyday tasks. All in all you will be deeply engaged in activities such as employee relations, onboarding and employee adaptation, contracts, employer branding, job design, supporting recruitment activities, team buildings, training and development, benefits, attendance, payroll inputs and more.
Ultimately you goal is to build a happy culture while supporting SuperScale's growth.
